Our flight has been delayed several times today. *We were told to show up at the airport for a *:** departure. *We did so. *Apparently, while we were in transit to the airport, the plane we were going to take had not even left the airport it was coming from. The departure time as shown on the app never changed. Even though United KNEW the flight would be delayed over two hours more. *We could have done a thousand other things with our day today than sit in an airport for a flight that may or may not even take off. *We have two toddlers running around the airport. Now we are going to get them home tonight at *am if it departs at all. *United has engaged in deceptive practices in this matter and we should be compensated duly. **D*****@***.com****-***-****
