The issue in GetHuman-fabarita's own words
We had a flight from Los Angeles to Houston, Texas (UA****) at *:** am arriving *:** pm and a second flight from Houston to Cancun, Mexico((UA****) *:** pm arriving *:** pm June ** ****. When we were boarding the plane with our carry on luggage, we were not able to keep it with us because there was “no more space”. The flight attendant took it from us and assured us several times that the luggage was going to be retransferred to our second flight. Our flight, UA ****, was delayed due to weather in Houston, TX and for the lack of fuel in the plane. The plane stopped in Austin, TX to retrieve more fuel. We were very stressed to make it to the second flight, since we were an hour and a half late. We were forced to run from gate * to gate **. Finally we arrived to our second flight, UA ****, and we made our way to Cancun. When we arrived in Cancun, we went to pick up our luggage and nothing was there. We also missed our shuttle from the airport to our resort due to the flight being late. We had to remain in the same clothes as of June **th and were finally able to cleanse ourselves from the filth on the **th. Which is also the day our luggage was returned to us. It was around * pm arriving at **:** pm at the resort. This is not acceptable from such a prestigious airline. You failed at your job to transfer our luggage when the customers depend on your services. For this reason, I put this complaint for you to take it into consideration to better your services. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had when flying with any airline. Our ticket numbers were: Juan Jos* Faba ************* * Margarita Faba ************* * *mbar Faba *************. We have documented proof of the whole situation including our tickets, our luggage tags, and a receipt of the luggage drop off at the resort in case that you require it. We expect to hear from you soon.
