The issue in GetHuman-mizzou's own words
My flight to Newark had numerous issues including a lengthy delay due to mechanical issues AND catering. But those weren’t the only problems:*United flight ******* bathroom in the back inoperable*** bathroom water on the floor*The audio*visual on the entire right side of the plane non functioning. Told by stewardess can access movies via the app. Could not get them...without purchasing internet at $**.** so the “free” entertainment is not, in face free.*Lesson Han ** meals for purchase by passengers (despite having to delay boarding for catering to get off)*Boarded late then sat for nearly an hour.*Then told we had to deplane because they had to run a maintenance check that would take ** minutes. Told to go to customer service if we wanted to rebook or had concerns about connections. Customer Service rep is yelling at people in line telling them to go back to their gate.*We began re-boarding around *:** and have a new arrival time of *:** am**:** pm Just announced that we will be further delayed because catering needs to restock the food that’s been sitting there too late g and it spoiled. Couldn’t they have figured that out before we re-boarded the plane?*Trash in the one operable bathroom is nearly full and we haven’t taken off yet.*Said we had departed and we hadn’t even left the gate.*Did not even offer us water to drink while we were waiting.*After we’d been sitting the second time waiting for catering they told us we could deplane to stretch our legs BUT we had to take all of personal belongings with us...all of them. Seriously. Just what one wants to do board and reboard multiple times with ALL their baggage ** hr flight with a *.* hour delay and we get a *.* oz pkg of pretzels. I finally got to my destination at *:** a.m.*I did get an email apologizing for the mechanical problems and offering *,*** miles or $*** e-ticket voucher which is not nearly enough given everything that went wrong on that flight.

GetHuman-mizzou did not yet indicate what United Airlines should do to make this right.
