Hello, I have had to cancel a flight (HFW***--Bernadette Jamele) for ****. I would like to apply the cost of this ticket to some extra charges that were incurred for * tickets leaving May ** (JX**K*--Bernadette Jamele). The circumstances are death in the family, with uncertainty regarding dates of funeral arrangements. I would also like to arrange a refund for some of the extra cost incurred when I changed times on * tickets for ****. This was $*** additional charge per ticket. Please let me know how to proceed. This has been a stressful time for my family, as my mother passed away on ****, and my father will soon pass away as well. Any consideration you can give will be gratefully appreciated.
