My long-time email address and password are no longer recognised by Ubisoft. Furthermore they say they have no record that they ever existed.

If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I was simply trying to log-in to continue gaming. ... I received an email advising me to change my password. I tried but log-in failed. Email or Password not recognised. Since then I have been unable to access any Ubisoft services or make contact with Ubisoft. This is effectively my last chance. I am even being told that my email address id invalid. These problems all started last week when I bought an Add-on to Far Cry *. I did receive an email telling me that the purchase was successful and that Add-on was waiting for me in my online library. However I cannot get at anything.
Ubisoft claim no knowledge of me as a customer, yet one week earlier they happily took my money for a new episode of Far Cry *. I have an email from them confirming the purchase but have not been able to access my account since.
I would like to see all the games that were in my library restored.
I started with Ubisoft with the release of Far Cry (*).*Even with the unexplained loss of my account I still re-registered and bought another copy of Far Cry * and so far I am playing along merrily. I still get messages ostensibly from Ubisoft asking me to log-in to change my password which I am now ignoring.
As I said above I started again as a fresh member. But it leaves a bitter taste. I find it unbelievable that there is no trace of my membership. I can go back years and produce credit card statements showing when and how much I spent with Ubisoft.
