Hi,*I am a restaurant partner on your platform. I would like to bring to your attention that some of your drivers are using different delivery platform at the same time and as a result our food is being picked up late or the customer are receiving food late after the food had been picked up. **This is a recent development since just eat delivery started in the area. I have noticed on my tablet that the some drivers don't acknowledge pickup of food upto ** minutes after the have left the restaurant. My understanding is that they are picking up food delivery on another platform in the meantime. **In the last * days I have had to call drivers to cancel their delivery so that a another driver can be allocated because my food is getting cold as they are busy driving for just eat or deliveroo at the same time.**My main concern is that my food is getting cold while I'm waiting for drivers to pick up or deliver after collection. The result of this is customer are phoning in to complain and writing bad reviews. **I look forward to a response to my concerns.**Kind regards **M Rahman
