Ordered from Subway Kipling Store, Order **D*FE. The store called after the driver arrived for pickup and told me that they didn't have * of our subs, and some other ingredients. I told the store and driver to cancel the order because the store didn't have what we ordered. I called the store again because the order didn't show that it was cancelled and the lady at the store argued with me about cancelling the order and hung up on me. Then I get a message saying I will be charged $** or $** for cancelling the order. What??? This is not my fault that I didn't find out the store didn't have my item until after the driver arrived to pick my order up. This is the store's fault. They should have called me before the driver came to their store. I am not going to pay the $** or $** and I want it returned to the Visa card I used for payment.
