I use Ubereats literally daily and I’ve come across this issue EVERY time with the exception of MAYBE twice...I don’t get my drink. It was fine the first few times, then it got infuriating when it occurred with my Taco Bell order. I finally decided to do something about it and asked for a refund. They issued one(supposedly) that I never got. Whatever. Less than a week later here I am today, putting in my second order of the night (first one was tei pie, no issues, got my drink for the second time ever). Then I ordered from Marcos and what’s sitting at my door? My ** dollar order missing my * liter. Its usually hard to prove when things are missing, but this time the driver actually took a picture and sent it that my order has arrived and you can see, as usual, no beverage...so now that I finally have proof of this constant occurrence I’d appreciate something actually be done about it. I called Marcos they said they can’t do anything that I’d have to go through ubereats, and after spending too long trying to find a phone number to speak with a human here I am, writing this essay about how pissed I am....I feel like that spongebob character in “the Krusty krab pizza” episode where spongebob finally makes it to the guys house but forgot his mr pibb, so the customer slams the door in his face and doesn’t even want the food. That’s literally me. I’m simply asking for a refund on my Marcos Pizza order that I actually receive this time and I will gladly continue to be a patron of Uber eats, being more conscious of this issue and making sure I leave a note to remember the beverage or call the establishment to assure I get it. Thank you.
