Hello I am nayoung han*I ordered *th Dec.BBQ restaurant $**.** order number:*B****But I found i didn't put promotion code $** off over $** order.*So i canceled and reordered same menu and I called BBQ restaurant owner i will order soon with promotion code. *order number:******But Uber charged $**.** for ready already order.I didn't any notice before cancel about charge that.*I ordered same menu and added * more it was$**.***Uber charged * times to me.*Restaurant owner didn't loss at all because i picked up menu i canceled.*So i requested to back money $**.** *to uber suppot team.*But they didn't reply over * weeks.*I want to use my money before december.*Could you check for me?*Thank you so much.*Happy Christmas!
