Order food that doesn't make us sick ... UBER EATS sent us food from "Fat Shack" in Denver and made clear notes about NO BUFFALO SAUCE because he is allergic so something in it. His mouth is swolen and we may have to take him to the ER it doesn't recover quickly. *All the specifications we put on your app did not go through to the restaurant , so now they's an allergy issue and possible hospital visit.*Now not only is he in pain, and has to go to the hospital, but he hasn't eaten anything! And he's a small guy, he needs to eat.*I am incredibly upset about this situation.*If you want to refund and compensate us for our time, hunger, lack of a way to eat tonight now that our money went to.. this... And I hope it won't have to come back with any paperwork from ER visit. But if we end up going, I'll send you the paperwork and an official letter from my attorney.
The "note" option doesn't seem to work. Very important for people with allergies
I really want a refund for everything. We literally will not eat any of this. I have no problem taking it back to the store and talking to whoever I might need to there
