I recently ordered $30 worth of sushi from Kona Grill, but unfortunately, the order was missing the eel sauce that is essential for my crab crunch roll. Moreover, they forgot to include soy sauce, leaving the sushi too dry to enjoy. To make matters worse, the tuna rolls, which my friend ordered due to a shellfish allergy, were placed in the same container as the crab rolls, leading to cross-contamination. As a result, I had to throw out the crab rolls and my girlfriend could only eat half of her tuna rolls. I am very disappointed as $30 is a significant amount of money to waste on a poorly executed order. This experience has led me to decide not to order from Kona Grill anymore, considering past issues with their service. Last time, my order arrived an hour late. I am requesting a full refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

I ordered a double Big Mac meal with poutine but only received the burger without extra cheese. The poutine was served with the burger instead of fries. The double Big Mac was messy and falling apart, not as requested. The burger was packed with pickles despite specifying none. The sausage McMuffin with bacon had no bacon. The drinks had no ice and only came with one straw. I only received one apple pie instead of two. The food tasted cardboard-like and was cold. It would be appreciated if the store could be closer and refund for the missing items. A more personal approach instead of automated responses would also be preferred. Salting the french fries properly is essential. On a positive note, the milkshake was good. Thank you.

I placed an order at IHOP ([redacted]) for a chicken fajita omelette but requested "ALL TOPPINGS EXCEPT CHICKEN." Unfortunately, the order I received still had chicken in it. When I called the store to address the issue, the manager misunderstood my request for "except" as meaning extra and argued with me about it. Despite asking to speak with another manager, she hung up on me. When I called back, she denied hanging up deliberately. The manager offered no resolution except for me to arrange for another Uber delivery or pick it up myself, which I declined. I am now seeking a full refund as instructed by the manager for the mistake in my order.

I am Mayank Singhal, and I am experiencing difficulties making payments with my current debit card. Each time I attempt to use it, I receive an error message stating, "Something went wrong, You already used this payment method before." It is puzzling to me that I am restricted to using the card only once for payment. This issue has been causing inconvenience, especially when I frequently order food. I recently ordered from Uber Eats, but the driver didn't deliver my food and canceled the order without informing me. Now I've been charged for it, which I find highly unlikely. I'm unable to use the Uber app now, and it's frustrating. I tried calling Uber, but they seem to only assist ongoing customers. It's been almost three days with no response; this kind of service is the worst... very disappointing.

I ordered food from Uber Eats last night with an estimated delivery time of 11:45 pm. Unfortunately, three Uber Eats drivers canceled picking up my order, leading to a total wait time of 2 and a 1/2 hours before finding out my food was canceled due to the restaurant closing. I contacted customer service twice. The first representative assured me the third driver was picking up my food, only for the order to be canceled when I called back. The second time, I was offered a $5 credit for the inconvenience by a customer service agent. Even after speaking to a supervisor, the resolution remained the same, and I didn't receive an apology. I'm requesting a $43 credit to my Uber Eats account as compensation for the situation that occurred, which I believe is fair given the circumstances.

I encountered an issue while ordering from McDonald's through Uber Eats. The app glitched and processed an accidental order that I didn't intend to make, which was paid for from my card. Although the app indicated it couldn't process the order, I unknowingly ended up with two separate orders - one accidental and one intentional. Upon realizing this, I contacted Uber Eats for a refund, but they refused citing that both orders were delivered. I'm having trouble setting up my account on Uber Eats. I had a $15 promo code but encountered issues placing my order. After adding items to my cart, I couldn't find an option to add a credit card and when I clicked order, it kept circling without progressing. I tried restarting the app but now it remembers the unfinished order with no option to continue or place the order. I want to add a payment method, clear my cart, and start over. I even tried the website on my computer but received an error when trying to add a payment option. I ordered McDonald's through Uber Eats, and 50% of my order was missing. When I contacted Uber Eats for a credit to reorder the missing items as I have done before, they informed me that they are not allowed to issue credits. This was surprising as I have never encountered this issue in my many previous orders. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was denied. The representative refused to explain why credits couldn't be issued as done in the past, and was rude by interrupting me during the conversation. This experience has left me frustrated, and I am considering not using their services in the future despite being a frequent customer.

I am disappointed by the poor service I received from Uber Eats. I placed an order for dosa from BDBD, added it to my cart, but had not confirmed it yet. Later, I was charged a cancellation fee of [redacted] by BDBD. I contacted Uber Eats customer care and was informed that the delivery person had come but couldn't reach me. How did the delivery person come when I hadn't confirmed the order? I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week, but no one from your team has been helpful. I preordered from a chicken shop for the next day but had to cancel due to a BBQ event. I attempted to cancel five hours in advance but was informed it was too late. After requesting to speak to the manager, I finally managed to cancel the order. I confirmed with the manager about getting a refund, and he assured me the order was canceled. Now, a day later, I have yet to receive the refund.

I am feeling extremely frustrated right now as I write this message. Once again, I had an issue with a delivery due to a language barrier, resulting in me going without dinner tonight. This is not the first time this has happened with this service, and it's incredibly frustrating. The driver assigned to my delivery did not speak any English, making it impossible for me to receive my order during my dinner break. After struggling for an hour to communicate where my building entrance was, I had to give up, leaving me hungry and without food for my long work shift. While my order was eventually canceled and refunded, I am still left unsatisfied and hangry. I strongly believe that customer service industries should require basic language proficiency for their hires to ensure that they can effectively communicate with customers. It's been a frustrating experience, and I hope for improvements in the future.

Hello, this morning I placed an order on Uber Eats expecting it to be delivered in around 30 minutes. However, I needed to cancel the order as my plans changed. I contacted customer support, and the representative canceled the order, but the full amount was deducted from my Uber credits. I believe this is unfair because the order was canceled. I am disappointed by this unjust action by Uber Eats. I kindly ask Uber Eats to address this matter promptly and refund my credits.
