I placed an order based on an estimated delivery time of *pm. When the delivery time changed to *:**pm I wanted to cancel my order as I am going out and cannot wait around. But there was no option to cancel my order, either on this site or the app. I am now going to be late for work because I have to wait for your late delivery. You can make this right by giving me a refund. If I had known the order would take so long I wouldn't have ordered. If I had the option to cancel I would have taken it.**Due to my work schedule I cannot call the phone number to have this issue resolved - despite explaining how this can be resolved by uber eats in this very post. I have therefore decided to delete my uber eats app and will not be using it again. It's an absolute farce that I cannot receive online help in this day and age. Your company have just lost a customer due to your ineptitude on this issue from start to finish.
