I joined ubereats and set up PayPal and used it once then deactivated Uber in automatic payments in my PayPal account as I dint keep anything active in there so no one can take fees without me knowing- I then placed a second order and forgot it was deactivated but assumed I could just reactivate it like I do with all other companies when I went to PayPal payment - the order went through and got delivered but I was t charged - I went into my PayPal account and Uber was activated so I was confused it hadn’t processed - I then got email asking me to pay it whic I have been trying to do for three weeks but it just fails - there is nothing wrong with my PayPal account or my credit card- it’s very fruiand I have sent about ** emails and the only one response I had told me to go into the app and pay the debt which I had told them isn’t working - I have given en my number and asked them to call me I cannot find a number for them and all my emails keep bouncing back undelivered- I want to pay this as I *) don’t want a bad debt against my name and *) I can’t use Uber Eats and *) I owe it and pay for things - this is through no fault of my own and I’m getting very frustrated at not being able to rectify something so simple and very disappointed in their customer service- my number is**** *** *** my name is natasha many thanks
