I spent over ** dollars with you guys, and I can't get my money back for * dang pies. I ordered from Popeyes Chicken and I only had an issue with the pies. I get a response from you guys saying that I can't get no refund. For * **** pies, ** cents each. They were hard and not edible. First I have an issue with the driver. She didn't speak or respond back after I spoke to her. Her facial expressions told it all. And on top of that, I said thank you and she just turned and walked away. She was texting me letting me know that she was outside. I'm assuming she was waiting for me to come outside. It took her forever to get out of her car to come to my door. After she left, she had the nerve to text me to tell me thank you and enjoy. I couldn't figure out why she didn't say anything when she got to my door. But waited until she got in her vehicle to say something through a text. And you guys wouldn't do a price reduction for * **** dollars out of ** dollars. I sent in a couple of complaints and this one is my last. I won't be using your services anymore. Tried to give it another shot. But, reminded me of why I stopped. Removing my information from my phone and continue going elsewhere. At least they know how to treat a customer when somethings not right. And really without even asking for anything. Maybe you should learn that good customer service and maybe your reviews won't be so bad.
