I have ordered my food on **th feb,**** and my food was not ordered because my payment through card was not successfull...So i later on i ordered with cash mode...But after some * min i got a text from my bank that my balance got deducted * times of INR **.**.So i complained in ubereats customer support but they told me that they have initiated the credit and will be credited within *-* business day...But yesterday when i again complained then the said that they haven't got any payment regarding this...This is really pissing me off because at first they were saying that they have initiated the credit and when i complained again yesterday then they were saying that they haven't got any payment.This is totally fraud...Its been ** days now and i haven't got my refund.Kindly take some action or else i have to talk to your higher authority and file a complaint again these ubereats!
