I ordered a meal at approximately **:**ish, my delivery time was *:**, I received a text at **:** stating it had been picked up. As soon as this happened I messaged the driver stating the door is on the backside of big lots building, no response, *:** time changed to *:** his car hadn't shown it left doc greens, *:** rolls around and it still hasn't shown movement I called doc greens, they confirmed meal was picked up at **:**, she stated she would call the driver at this time I sent another text to the driver asking about arrival time as im on limited time to eat at work, no response. time of delivery adjusted to *:**, at *:** the car was now moving. the car never once entered my companies parking lot. it got close and as I was watching the driver cancelled the order stating he couldn't "get ahold of me" never responded to my text, nor tried to contact me this being over ** mins past initial delivery time. I understand that I wont be charged for the meal, however Ive completely missed out of my lunch break at work today due to this with absolutely nothing to make up for the fact that now I don't get to eat.
GetHuman2320054 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
