The issue in GetHuman-tatummar's own words
I placed an order at *:** for sonic. Our expected delivery time kept getting pushed back for almost an hour. Then our order was cancelled, we replaced it and it is still being pushed back. My friend and I are very hungry, and not impressed with ubereats. This is my first time using this app, and I am not having a good experience. I would like ubereats to deliver my food before *:** if possible. Otherwise I will just cancel it and not use this app again.
This was especially frustrating because my friend and I have been waiting for nearly * hours for our small order.
They could make this right by delivering my food.
I am a new customer and I expected the advertised delivery time to be accurate.
I’ve tried reordering my food and I am experiencing the same issues.
