Order **AA**. It took over close to an hour for my order to get picked up by the carrier and an hour for me to get the order. That's ** minutes longer than it was advertised. **When I called to cancel the order the rep didn't seem to understand English well. I had to repeat myself multiple times and was placed on hold twice. **Since this order took so long, I was forced to leave an important work meeting to get lunch and while I was waiting for my order at the place I went to. Suddenly my UberEats order is finally on the way. So I paid for two lunches and had to leave work because your carrier took an excessive amount of time to pick up my order. I've ordered at Panda Express before, it doesn't take long for the food to be prepared, so this is all on the carrier.**It would be nice to get a refund but since I did end up receiving the food, I realize that probably won't be the case. However, you will be losing my business. I had stopped using UberEats for a while because I was trying to eat out less but I had always had good experiences in the past. After the experience today, I don't think I'll be using this app again. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone else either and will be leaving an honest review on Google and social media.
