sir,we ordered a chocolate shake from uber eats .your service is very bad . firstly,rider delayed and didn't pick my order .After one and half hour when he picked it then he denied to serve the order .He spoke too rude . Is there no rules and regulations.I actually did a mistake that i chose ur app.It completely disappointed me. we already did a complaint in customer care office but it was just a wastage of time.They did nothing for me. Rider gave my order to an other person.He is just a big fool. He clearly told us ,that he will not come to the destination. He insulted me a lot. Now ,I will file a complaint in police station about the rider and this app too. I ordered that shake for my guest .You have no right to insult ur customer. Name of that rider is Nitish.************* this is his number.My name is Rahul kapoor.
