Help with my UberEATS issue

I placed an order for Subway at *:**pm the estimated delivery time was *:**pm I’m pretty sure my food has been made already but now the time is saying *:**pm I want to cancel the order and get my money back instantly but now my card is claiming i have a hold for **.** which I only spent $**.** and it is also saying that if I cancel my order I will not be able to get a refund... I’m **wks pregnant and I’m getting very frustrated how come my order is taking so long to be received by a driver! If there are no drivers in the area why have businesses advertising that they have UberEATS available and nobody is going to pick up my order!!! I’m so very disappointed and I myself am a driver for the company and this is so unacceptable!!!
