Several items in my order were missing when delivered. I asked several times in the UberEATS app for these items to be delivered to me. All I got as a response was that I would be refunded the cost of the items, and I was told I could reorder the items in the app. **I cannot just “reorder the items” with the refunded money because I was not refunded the cost of tax and shipping. I should not have to pay these fees a second time because of the delivery driver’s mistake.**All I want is the food that I ordered to be delivered to me. Any other delivery company would just resend the forgotten items and it is quite rediculous that I have had to go through all of this trouble just to try and get the items I ordered several hours ago.
