Dear Uber Eats,****Today I have made my first order from your app and my experience is worst.***I have ordered food at *:** PM and the estimated delivery time is of **:** PM.***Your Delivery Partner called me and said to cancel this order as he was not be able to come, when I said that I am not getting option to cancel it he wait for ** minutes and cancelled my order.***I have searched all over the app for chart support but I didn’t get after that I get customer support number and I have called **:** PM. ***After being in a queue for a long time my call get connected to Mr. Harpreet. I have discuss whole my concern to him after checking my details he misguided me by saying that the order got cancelled and automatically reordered. When I asked can you please tell me when I was going to get my order as it going to * Hour, He put my call n hold and disconnect it.***At **:** PM I have again called your support team to know about my order after a long time my call get connected to Mr. Sahil, Again I tell him the whole concern he told me that the order get cancelled by delivery partner and he entered the cancelation reason as unsafe area. How it get an unsafe area it is a society and from more that last * years I am booking your Uber Cabs from or to Here only. He said that I have to made my order again as he cant be able to reorder from there. I was not satisfied with the resolution so I requested him to transfer my call to Senior level.***At **:** my call get transferred to Mr. Gurvinder, As he knows completely about my concern I asked what’s next he said me to do reorder as they can’t do it from there and our conversation get end at **:** PM***Now I am writing my concern to you.**Note: *I have ordered food first time at *:**. Expected delivery time is of **:**. I have called your support team twice. Your Support team misguided about my order. Now I am writing you.
