Hi my name is Ethan D'Abbene and I am a uber eats delivery biker, It was brought to my attention through a support message that I "did not deliver the customers order". This was my first order and I am certain I delivered the order to them. I have tried contacting support with this via the app and time and time again I was given the same response from a new support member. So to start, I would like to work with a support member and continue to work with them so they understand my situation. The delivery was ** minutes to get there * my commute back. I should have been paid around *.** for the trip in total, but instead I was given nothing. When I called the customer, they answered almost immediately and they came out to the door to pick up the order, I confirmed the name, and they closed the door. You can check my location records as I biked all the way out there. The customer is clearly trying to say that I did not deliver their food so they can get free food. I would like this case to be looked into further and I do not want the same responses given by other support members.
