Hello, I order through you guys on October **st, and I was very unsatisifed with the Ubereats app, customer service, and the food I ordered. I would like a refund for that order for multiple reasons. The first reason is the app was not letting me know when my food was coming or even if the restaurant got my order. Second when I called customer to see if my order went through because the restaurant was not answering their phone, the worker was not helpful and was very short and rude and was not in anyway form willing to help me. She was telling me my food was at my resort when it was not and I was walking all over the resort because your customer service worked told me she was there driving around looking for me and I was also informed by her that she personally talked to my Uber driver and she did not talk to her. Also when I asked for a refund she told me I was not allowed a refund and I was not allowed to talk to someone higher than her because they were going to tell me the same thing she told me. She also told me I was suppose to be looking for a white car when in fact it was not a white car it was a black car. Third when my food arrived about an hour to hour and ** minuets after I ordered and about ** minuets I was told my food was at my resort it was cold and soggy and I could not even enjoy or eat it because of how cold it was. I am hoping this will be more of help because I paid about ** dollars for my food to be gross and cold and no help from customer service. Hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you, Kaylee Jefferds
