Help with my UberEATS issue

UberEATS's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-souravp a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-souravp's own words
I was trying to put an order today but it says I have ****- due. ... I am using Uber eats for a few days. The number ********** is registered with uber eats. My last order *B*F** was of Rs. ****- because of a promocode (**% off upto ****- on First five orders). It was a COD. I received the order, I paid for it. Now when I am trying to put another order it says that I haven't paid that last order and I have to pay ****-. I want this to be fixed asap. Order was placed on **th August. Delivery person was Saminathan.
They don't realize that I have already paid for all the past orders. May be there is an issue with the delivery person.
I want to fix this problem. I already have paid all my past orders. I have no payments due from my end.
