Originally I placed an order with Smoking Bones (citrus park) but the app told me “looking for nearby order” . I’ve had my order canceled before and I knew it was cutting close to most of the restaurants delivery hours around my local area. I took it upon myself to call the restaurant and ask if they received my order through Uber Eats and they told me no and that they close Uber Eats at one. I didn’t know how long the process of “waiting for a nearby order” would take so I quickly made an order with Applebee’s (sheldon rd). Right after placing the order with Applebee’s I saw that Smokey Bones had now confirmed my order and as soon as I go to click on Applebee’s order to cancel it, it was too late and I have now been charged for food I will not revive. I would hope your company could refund me $**.** for the Applebee’s order. I always use Uber Eats simply because you guys have come through for your boy when I’m too lazy to get out of bed and every encounter so far has been friendly and simple. I’d be more than happy to send screenshots of the canceled order. **Thank you!
