Hello,**I am reaching out to let you know that is took us more than * hours to receive our food. This was not the restaurants fault, as they confirmed the order at *:**am and had it out for delivery at **:**am. After about *-time delays, I messaged the driver and got no response. I then had to call him, and he said he did not know where our building was. I asked him why he didn’t call we he first got lost, and I received broken English that I couldn’t understand. **He handed his phone off to multiple random people for me to talk to them to see where we were at, and he also hung up on me. We were expected to get the order at **:**am and ended up getting it at **:**am. The driver spent over an hour driving around instead of calling us to let us know. All the food was cold, and we had dairy products, which could not be eaten. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, as I, along with the people I ordered with, are furious. *I am reaching out to see what you can do for us, as our office uses UberEats very frequently, and have never been given poor customer service like this before.
