Hello,**I ordered through Uber Eats the evening of *******. The address was clear in my order and the porch light was on. The Uber Driver attempted to call, and I didn't hear my phone, but the Driver never rang the doorbell. The driver then left and I could no longer contact them. The Uber App didn't change me for the order, but it said that next time I would be charged for a no-show. This was clearly not a no-show and I don't want to be penalized for this encounter, since the driver did not try very hard to contact me. **I had to go ahead and place the order again directly with the restaurant who was very nice and said they would get an order to be with one of their own drivers as soon as possible.
GetHuman-lindenbe did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
