I put an order in to Uber eats and after it was submitted realized it had my work address in. I tried to cancel it and and it said I would be charged so I didn’t cancel it I went to the get help tab to see what do and followed the instructions of contacting the driver once it was picked up first via message then I called and found out it’s not the correct number for the driver, (which is concerning since I sent them my address) and so I had no way to contact them. Then they have a coworker of mine call me instead of contacting me themselves and told me I was wrong even though it was clearly stated on the app to do that, and continued to be rude and go back and forth with me and told me she was canceling the order and I would have to reorder. She could not tell me for sure if I would be charged twice.
GetHuman926816 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
