I waited for over AN HOUR for my food when I was quoted ** minutes. Then the driver gets lost and texts me through the app, okay fine... then she gets lost again and was typing a response, instead she cancels the order. This is not the first time this has happened. I don’t just want my order refunded I want a substantial credit. Absolutely ridiculous. And the fact that you do not have a phone number accessible anymore is horrible customer service. This is what you get when you hire low end employees, it’s easier for them to cancel before you give them a low rating. You do not have that many Drivers named Karalee so I would love to give her a rating. I expect a response by no later than tomorrow morning.
