I ordered food, I came out when they called me, I couldnt find them, I tried to call Uber (the number they called me on) but it didn't go to the driver, which doesn't make any sense. I waited outside looking, hoping they would call me again, but that never happened. Then they sent me a text message saying they were charging me with no way for me to contact them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From someone who uses Uber daily, I am extremelly upset for good reason. There were many ways Uber could have avoided this. Called me a second time when I couldnt find them, connected me to the Uber driver when I tried to call the phone number instead of a recorded customer service that took me nowhere. I am ***% certain I should receive a refund, I will be in complete shock if this is not given. I have a very bad taste in my mouth from this company after this experience.
