My name is Ricky Julius. My number is ***-***-****. I ordered food on ********* at approximately ** am. The expected time of delivery said ** to ** minutes. The food was from Denney's. The order number was C*FD*. The food did not get delivered till **** am. I called twice to try to cancel order at approximately ** am because it was taking to long. The first time I waited ** minutes for someone to answer and then was hung up on. the second time I waited again for someone to answer another ** minutes only to be cut off when told to hold while they checked on order. This was a business breakfast and because of the time it was delivered we were not able to eat since we had to go back to work and had meetings to attend. I would have canceled if your phone service was better but was not able to. I would like to have a refund on this order since it was ordered could not be canceled and food did not arrive in the time expected so it could not be eaten.
