I made an order using Ubereats and apparently a driver picked it up, but the restaurant said that another driver came to pick it up after the original driver had already left with the order.**Cut to an hour and a half later and a few phone calls with the establishment, Ubereats cancels the order but tells me I can place the order again. I asked if there was any form of compensation that they could provide and they told me that you were unable to do that. I told them that was absurd and that I would not be reordering if there was no compensation for the ridiculous amount of time I had been waiting. **Considering that this was a mess up on your end, and considering that I use the service relatively often, I feel that I am owed at least a small credit for this trouble.**I can provide times and details if needed.
