I placed an order at *:** today at a restaurant. The order was picked up at *:** from the restaurant which is ** minutes away from my home. At *:**, I called Ubereats customer service. The representative put me on hold as she tried to get the driver. I was told the driver didn't answer. The app then showed the driver moving. My food arrived at *:**, an hour after pick up. Obviously, the food was cold and inedible. I was told by customer service that I would get a **% refund. To be fair to me, I think that I should get a ***% refund since I have inedible food. I don't believe I should pay anything for spoiled food.*We have used Ubereats several times and we have always had good service. I am very disappointed and I truly hope that you will stand behind your service and not charge me for poor service by your driver.
