I am an UberEats delivery driver and today I was sent to an address and literally uber maps sent me to the back corner of a Target store. It took me almost ** minutes to get a hold of the customer, which is not ubers fault. But it took * or * u turns and * or * circles later before the customer answered her phone and gave me better directions. Might want to find a way to update your system. Also around *pm today i was sent in the wrong direction to deliver food. It wasn't until I got to my destination from uber, **** n Alvernon, that the customer called me and said I had gone the wrong way that they were at **** e **th st. Is there any way I can get compisated for that drive? Please and thank you. I really do like working for uber and I think it's great what this company is doing but I cant make money if I am wasting it on gas going in circles or in the wrong direction.
