On December 6th, I received an email from Uber Eats with a voucher titled “John, get your FREE meal up to $30”. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in using it. I have entered the correct code on both the Uber and Uber Eats apps, only to receive a message saying I am “not eligible”. I even followed the instructions in the email by clicking on the code and still faced the same issue. The voucher expires on December 31, [redacted]. This would have been my first time using Uber Eats, and I am starting to doubt their offers. I am unsure why I am being deemed ineligible after receiving the email. Can anyone shed light on this issue or advise me on how to become eligible? Thank you, John O'Shannessy.

I made a reservation for a cab from Best Western Lake Buena Vista Orlando to SeaWorld for 8:30. Despite waiting at the hotel entrance from 8:25, the driver did not arrive. I saw a car approaching from the opposite direction and tried to contact the driver at 8:33 with no response. When I walked over to check, the car left, and I received a cancellation message at 8:34. My account was charged $6.25, and the driver's name is Eliabet with the number plate NFAS38. I am requesting a refund of the deducted amount.

My account has been blocked for three weeks now, and the partner service center in Kolkata has been unable to assist me, claiming that this issue must be resolved by the central service center. Despite being a highly rated driver with a rating of 4.91 and positive customer interactions, my account remains inaccessible. Hello, I wanted to bring up a previous issue about my Uber ride on December 17th. The driver arrived at my pick-up spot 18 minutes early and left 8 minutes before the scheduled time. I was charged £3.50 for the cancellation. I was informed by customer service that the fee had been refunded, but I have not seen any evidence of the repayment. Can you provide more information about the refund?

I reside at [redacted] Isabel Drive in Algonquin, IL. The neighbors living at [redacted] Isabel Drive frequently use Uber and Uber Eats, leading their drivers to turn around in my driveway at various times of the day. This situation is bothersome as it triggers my security system, sending me unnecessary motion activation alerts. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed. Thank you.

I sent a message earlier today about my phone that I left in an Uber car. It is an iPhone so I can track its exact location. I found the car and left a message on the windshield with my contact phone number, but I have not received a response yet. Can you help me identify the driver's contact information? Hello, I am experiencing issues downloading tax receipts for my Uber trips. When I go to the 'My trips' section, I click on each trip and select 'Save invoice'. However, on some trips, the invoice does not load, and I receive an email stating that 'The invoice for this trip is not available'. I depend on these tax invoices for work-related claims and need to download all of them. Could you please provide an alternative method for me to access and download these receipts? Thank you.

I recently tried to redeem an Uber gift card, but encountered an error message indicating that the card is already linked to another account. Despite following the instructions to scratch off the back of the card to reveal the code, I'm puzzled by this issue. Can someone look into this matter for me? I have been trying to reach out to Uber using various ways of contact and sending multiple emails, but so far, I haven't had any success in getting my issue resolved. As a platinum member, it's frustrating that I haven't received any help or been able to speak with a real person. To reiterate, my problem is that I lost my phone, and without my Authenticator or codes, I can't complete the 2-step verification process. I'm requesting Uber to either disable the 2-step verification or switch to a different method like SMS or calls. It's been over a week without access to my account, and I've been relying on Lyft instead. I'd prefer to continue using Uber, but if the issue persists, I may have to stick with Lyft instead.

I am a Uber driver named Jagan. On December 22, [redacted], in the afternoon, I had a sharepool booking with a customer named Manoj. Manoj requested not to add any other customers to the ride. However, I informed them that I had to pick up another customer as per the route. When I tried to add the additional passenger, they refused and eventually canceled. Manoj became upset and used inappropriate language, shouting in the car. Subsequently, they lodged a complaint against me (Jagan, the Uber driver). On December 19th, I was wrongly charged twice for a cancellation fee even though the driver never arrived at my pick-up location at [redacted] Palisade Ave, Fort Lee, NJ, going home. The app indicated the car was moving erratically, and eventually, it showed "cancelled." I tried to request a ride again, only to face the same situation once more. Finally, on the third attempt, a driver, possibly Erica, came and took me home.

This morning at around 8:30, I requested an Uber ride. Within 5 minutes, an Uber car arrived at my house. I entered the vehicle and confirmed my destination, although I noticed the driver already had it on their device. After some time, I realized we were headed to the wrong area. The driver then explained that I had entered the wrong car and was meant for someone named Lind, while my last name is Lino. Despite this, I asked her to take me to my doctor's appointment, but she insisted on dropping me off at a gas station remotely. When I requested her to wait for the next Uber due to my distress, she declined and left me alone. Thankfully, it was daytime, but I fear she would have done the same even in darkness, disregarding my safety. I am still shaken from this incident. My Uber Eats order from Fridays in District Heights, MD arrived without the side of Broccoli I ordered. I contacted the restaurant, but they couldn't send a driver with the missing item. They suggested I reach out to Uber Eats instead. It's frustrating that I have to deal with this inconvenience. I called back immediately after the driver left, but unfortunately, it didn't help. I hope this issue can be resolved today.

I reached platinum status with Uber but got locked out of my account due to my broken phone. I am unable to bypass the 2-step verification since I used Google Authenticator and can't recover the codes. It's been over two weeks without access, and Uber hasn't been helpful.

I paid the driver [redacted] rupees in cash because I didn't have change, but he didn't add the extra amount to my wallet as promised. I still haven't received it. This is not the first time I've experienced this issue. I am very dissatisfied with your service. Please take prompt action to address this matter.

Last year, I used my Swiss card to open an Uber account in Barcelona. After returning to Argentina, where cash payments are usual, I paid for three rides in cash. Surprisingly, Uber also charged my Swiss credit card for these rides. I only noticed this later because I mainly check transactions on this card when I travel. Unfortunately, I realized this happened after the 30-day window for complaints and Uber is not willing to refund the duplicate payment. What steps should I take now to resolve this issue?

Yesterday morning, I took an Uber Intercity ride from Bangalore to Mysore. Despite the fare shown in the app being [redacted]/-, I was charged Rs. [redacted].52 at the end of the trip. During the journey, the cab had to stop for 45 minutes due to engine issues. I believe it is unfair to be charged extra for a delay caused by the car or driver. I have always trusted that the amount shown before the trip is what I will pay at the end. I kindly request a reimbursement or credit of the excess amount charged to my Uber account. Shortly after boarding my Uber in a Walgreens parking lot, my driver was involved in an accident with another vehicle. Despite the messy state of the car and difficulty with reversing a prepaid Apple Pay charge on the Uber app, my main concern was the sudden collision. I tried to alert my driver to a Mercedes backing out, which unfortunately ended in a crash. Initially considering alternative transport, I stayed while the drivers exchanged details. Contrary to his assurance of canceling the fare, I was surprised to receive an Uber receipt showing double the agreed amount. I am frustrated and insist on having this charge corrected promptly. Otherwise, I am compelled to terminate my future use of Uber and will express my dissatisfaction to my circle of acquaintances.

I reserved a cab from New Delhi station to Patel Nagar. However, the cab driver initiated the trip without picking me up. I had to cancel the ride, yet I was still charged for it. I have been attempting to reach out to Uber since midnight but have not received any response. Please get back to me promptly, or I will have to escalate this issue on social media.
