On December **th, I booked an Uber ride to the UCSB Bus Loop in Goleta so that I could catch my connecting Amtrak bus to Union Station in Los Angeles. Upon pickup, my Uber driver asked me if I was going to the Goleta Amtrak Station. I said no, I’m going to the UCSB bus loop. I assumed that the driver would take me on the correct route that I entered, but the driver drove me to the Goleta Amtrak station instead, causing me to miss my connecting bus and forfeit a $** Amtrak trip. I had to rebook an Amtrak trip and take a new Uber to a different Amtrak station. I expect a full refund for the two Uber trips on ********** (totaling $**.**) and the cost of the forfeited Amtrak trip due to the negligence of your Uber driver ($**). I have further proof of receipt to provide if deemed necessary. If I do not hear back about this matter with my full refund within ** days of this message, I will pursue further legal action. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
