I am a regular Uber customer and mostly have had good experience with you guys uptil now. But unfortunately, today I am forced to raise this issue as I had a real bad experience with my entire ride(right from the start till the end) with the driver, Rahul-wagonR ****. First, he made me walk so much because he could not locate my exact pick-up point inspite of being explained several times. And when I finally managed to sit in the cab after waiting for good minutes, I found to my horror that this guy had not switched on the A.C. even in this hot and sultry weather. Only when i asked him to put on the AC, he did press the button but all in vain as the AC was not in a working condition. After good ** minutes, when i asked him for an explanation, he said that because the cab is being stopped, the AC isnt effective. But i repeatedly told him to fix the problem as i was soaked in skin due to sweat (without AC working, ofcourse). To top it all, the driver started blaming me by saying that the AC was absolutely fine till I sat in his cab and simply refused to admit that his AC had some major problem. Finally I had to open both the windows as it was getting really suffocating inside the car without AC. Since the time I 've sat in this Uber, I've been feeling really sick n nausetic just because of the terrible experience I had. Finally, when the guy after * hour managed to drop me at my destination, I had to pay him ***(more than the usual fare). But I demand a refund as I don't expect to be paying a cab service for the ultimately horrible and awful experience which was more like a torture.*Hoping to see a positive action at the earliest.*Thanks*Sugandha
