Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-zackai will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-zackai's own words
on march ** at *:** pm i was on the corner of **rd and *th ave in NYC*there was a car parked there that had an uber sign on it. i pushed uber on the app thinking that i would engage that uber. i was given a fair of $**.** amd i pushed confirmed.*instead pf getting the car that was right there the app searched for a driver. i engaged in conversation with the uber that was there and he said uber price. i said $**.**? je said no.*i then pushed cancel.*about ** minutes later i got a call from a driver who said “where are you “.*i answered that i canceled immediately ** minutes before. it turns out that the uber that was parked at eighth and **rd had NJ plates and weren’t allowed to pick up people in NYC. the way thinga stand now is that my account is credited for half the ** dollars. i would like the other ** dollars returned to my account.

GetHuman-zackai did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
