Good morning, I want to clarify the dispute between estimated price and actual price. Yesterday I hired a maruti dzire cab for one of my guest from culturemore bus stop to rubi general hospital. At the time of booking,the estimated fare showed inr ****- but after reaching to destination the displayed fare was inr ****-. Naturally the customer denied to pay the displayed fare and leave the place by paying the fare which was displayed at the time of booking and I think he was right. Later on in the evening I tried to hire another cab but they were charging the actual fare along with the outstanding fare of previous journey. Now I request you to clarify so huge difference in fare between the actual and estimated value. I booked the cab only after satisfied with fare. I wouldn't hired the cab if you would showed the heavy fare. I could agree with you if you would charged ** to ** rupees hire due to waiting time etc.*So please look into the matter and solve the problem as earliest so I can use the facility .*Looking for your positive response.
