This was my email but couldn’t reply to the receipt email. The driver took off - I ran - yelling - it was horryand embarrassing- a bunch of*People came out of their apartments. She had no reason to leave.*Hello,**I see that you reimbursed me for this ride but it was really unprofessional for her to take off just as I’m getting to the car. I wasn’t late - I came out * minute at the most after she pulled up and I received the notification. She saw me I even (like an idiot) ran after the car. I was late for my appointment at the Veterans Affairs Hospital. In fact I’m sure she knew she was taking me to the VA so she knowingly left a ***% disabled veteran with no ride to my appointment. Thankfully the next Uber driver was fast getting there. *I don’t know if there’s a way to keep this from happening (I assume she got a ride popped up that was more money) but that **** never happens with Lyft. It’s happened to me twice with Uber. I really hope that these drivers are reprimanded. Customers are charged $* . Perhaps drivers should be too!*Thank you,
