Ok thank you . My concern is that I am not seeing any boost or when I’m in the urge areas I am not getting paid for the surge times. I am also sure I am in the Surge areas because I am riding with my fianc* and had her turn her map on for a few seconds and the Surge area is shown in blue on her map. And my map is not showing up . I have made * deliveries in the Surge area and during Surge time and did not receive the earned income. I also am not receiving any promotions or anything when I click on the promotions tab in my Uber app. I have reset the app, turned my phone off , logged out, deleted and reinstalled the Uber driver app and nothing is working ... please fix this As soon as Possible!!!!
