I requested an Uber on October *rd and a ride was arranged with Zubair (Toyota Camry Y**GFA) with a wait. Shanice (Honda Civic KBS****) arrived at my house and told me she received my ride request as she was closer to the pick up area. I then took my ride with her and was dropped off at the train station. I never saw Zubair or rode in his vehicle. I see on my card I was charged a $* fee for a ride with him. Please help me understand how this is possible? I need to have this charge removed from my expense account ASAP. I'm not sure how Uber works on the back end but it sounds like something that needs to be worked out between drivers or with the system.
