Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-markojac will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-markojac's own words
App problems:*I have complained verbally to Uber support previously. Nothing has been done to rectify the problems.*Last night only-*. No voice directions despite trying * different Bluetooth earpieces**. Accepted * rides-Instead of being directed to the rider, the screen reverted back to the previous screen. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app twice to find the riders (this has happened multiple times before)**. Two riders changed their destinations in their app. Nothing changed in my app. They had to direct me to their destination. *I don't know if this is happening to other Uber drivers but from my perspective, considering how long Uber has been in business, this is pathetic and unacceptable. What are the engineers doing to correct these problems?
