I took a ride and the fare was ****.**, the driver demanded that he wants the fare to be paid in cash, the driver moreover took a long route which would be around double the shortest route and it took more time, after the trip got over I paid the driver in cash and later on I found that the trip was booked in non cash payment mode using Paytm, I wrote to uber about the issue but my problem wasn't resolved, they want me to pay the outstanding bill and doesn't even let me book any further ride. I asked for their help a several times they say that there will be a pop up screen of pay now and I have to pay through that window but each time I try that it redirects to the home screen of the app. And the result is I just can't use my account anymore.
