Book a cab for "Later Ride" reporting at *:**am for Airport drop.**Drive called @ *:** am and confirmed that he is on his way. Before closing the call, he the drop location - informed him Airport drop.**After ** mins when tried reaching the driver... The calls went unanswered and later "he has cancelled the trip".**To my surprise I am being charged for "the trip he has cancelled". **I have raised a request to reverse the charges in the app - "As the driver denied the trip" - Got a message saying the charges will be reversed in **hrs.**However, till date "My Uber app" is still being reflected with the credit pay.**Kindly, help me resolve this is, as I am unable to use "UBER CAB" bookings for this reason.**Appreciate quick response, as it's been too long since I have raised the request in the app.**Best Regards *Ranjana
