I ordered a me am which came completely cold incorrect and the chicken was awful. I called the restaurant who told me due to uber eats putting on a promotion which caught them unaware the food quality suffered and was not up to scratch but as I ordered via uber eats they could not refund me personally. I sent images to uber eats as proof, I had spent £** and was refunded £** which is unacceptable. I have had no help or refund and am getting nowhere. The restaurant manager has said he will be talking to uber eats aswel as his manger as the chef left and the food could not be cooked properly. Knowing this infeel I should he refunded the full amount! *Please do call cafe rouge in southgate if you need to confirm this with the manager.
