IAM kamlesh Jain from Chennai I booked cabs more than * times and * times I had to cancel because your driver said me to do it later on I waited for an hour my drivers were continuously changing but my car never arrived everyone gave a reason for not coming and some of them never picked up the call because of this i got late to railway station and my train went away before I reached there this gave me loss of rupees **** and it was because of your worst service to customers and for proof I have call records with drivers and also my travel history in Uber app a driver without arriving completed the trip with rupees ** adding to my next trip I should go to customer care court I have all the evidences needed better I get help from Uber itself ..
