Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-shprenti will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Left my cellphone in driver's car when had arrived at destination (store). When realized (**-** min later) told store clerk who let me use their phone to contact driver, which I did by dialing my own cellphone *. That worked & driver answered my cell...BUT she said she WOULDN'T return to me & that I had to contact Uber support to get it back! So I was STRANDED without my phone*Uber app to contact you or others for help!! I am also shocked & angry at your driver's refusal to help...& have always had excellent help with return by drivers in similar situation twice in the past. In fact excellent customer service with almost all your drivers in my many Uber rides up til now. I have finally gotten home would like a PHONE call ASAP from you to discuss best way to get my cellphone back & to ID today's terrible driver since all of my drive history is on my missing cellphone's Uber app!!* My land-line* is ***-***-****.* Name is Sandra Prentiss.
