Help with my Uber issue

Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-qluke will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Today at about *:** eat I requested an Uber. One minute before the driver's scheduled arrival, the driver, Tariq, cancelled. I then proceeded to request another ride. Uber sent the same driver, Tariq, who once again cancelled the ride prior to arriving. At that time, I had spent more than ** mins trying to get an Uber. I then requested once more, but I changed from express to a normal shared ride. I was charged $**.** for the ride I actually took, but I was also charged an additional $* for your driver cancelling on me TWICE. I need my money deposited back into my account immediately and I will like for Uber to refund my $**.** for the actual ride, being that I was ridiculously inconvenienced and because of the * cancellations, I was late for work. I would like to continue to Support Uber, but not if I'm inconvenienced every time.
